Forge AI will foster an innovation culture for a new generation of Georgian AI researchers by uniting targeted skills training, strategic placements, policy reform and proactive dissemination. Through a tightly integrated set of activities, the project aims to: 1. Develop cross-sector AI skills 2. Facilitate targeted secondments 3. Align national research and funding practices with EU priorities 4. Maximize visibility, exploitation and sustainability

Forge AI’s vision is to position Georgia as an active contributor to Europe’s AI research and innovation landscape. FORGE-AI will achieve this by: • Establishing a network of skilled AI professionals capable of leading cross-sector projects • Creating durable partnerships between Georgian and European organisations • Aligning Georgia’s research practices and funding mechanisms with Horizon Europe standards • Ensuring that project outcomes are maintained and built upon beyond the grant period
